Returns Policy

We do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular toy purchase so we ask that you choose carefully.

Lingerie: see Size Charts to help with your choices of lingerie.  If the item you have ordered is a stock item and you have ordered the wrong size we will exchange it provided it is unworn and in the original packaging with any tags intact.  Please note that a restocking fee of 30% + Freight may make this prohibitive on non-stock items.

Due to the nature of most of our toy product line, once the product has been opened, no returns will be accepted unless there is a proven fault or defect with the product ( we guarantee to you our customer a personal extended Sixty Day Naughty Shop Limited Warranty )  in which case a replacement will be issued and couriered to you at our cost. 

Warranty

Unless a longer warranty is offered by the manufacturer, all products carry the   " PERSONAL EXTENDED NAUGHTY SHOP LIMITED SIXTY DAY WARRANTY "   against faults and defects.

In the unlikely event of there being a fault with a product purchased, Naughty Shop Ltd will send a replacement providing the item is returned with proof of purchase within the warranty period for that product.

Shipping

All purchases are sent in a standard Fast Way Courier bag, or plain wrapping paper by request.

Orders & Deliveries

Naughty Shop will verify all  Orders with Paystation and ANZ EFTPOS our credit card facilitators, this is to ensure that we are both protected from credit card fraud.

All orders are sent in discreet packaging.

Please note that not all our parcels are sent via Courier, any deliveries to a private box number are in a NZ Courier Post bag.

Most orders will take 3-8 working days to be processed and delivered, some products ( lingerie ) that are not held in inventory may take up to 20 days to be delivered.

On the rare occasion that an item is out of stock we will inform you of this immediately and offer an alternative, our aim is to have your item to you as soon as possible.

Credit Card Security

Committed to your online security, we use New Zealand's preferred payment gateway provider Paystation to securely process your credit card details. Their robust encryption policies ensure you can use your credit card (or debit card) online with complete confidence your information is 100% protected by them.

We do not process your credit card details on our server.

During the ordering process you will be taken to a web page hosted by ANZ EFTPOS/Paystation where you will be asked to enter your credit card details.

Once Paystation has processed your transaction securely on their servers you will be returned to www.naughtyshop.co.nz to complete your purchase.
